Civil Code Section 4000

Section 4000 - Title

This part shall be known and may be cited as the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. In a provision of this part, the part may be referred to as the act.

Note: "This part" refers to Part 5 of Division 4 of the California Civil Code which begins with this Civil Code Section 4000 and continues through Civil Code Section 6150.
